Mr. Belobaba gained his financial experience in the investment banking department of HSBC Securities Inc. In 2001, he founded toMarket Inc., a company that provided wireless payment terminals and administrative software to the Canadian transportation industry. In 2004, Mr. Belobaba co-founded Medical Telecom Corporation (MTC). As CEO of MTC, Mr. Belobaba led the company to 1,000% year-over-year growth in both 2005 and 2006, while developing the CallerMD product - leading the company to be recognized by Profit Magazine as Canada's Fastest Growing Company in 2007. In addition to his duties as a Director, Mr. Belobaba also serves as the President & CEO of Healthscreen.
Mr. Belobaba is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University, with a degree in Economics, and is a member of the academic honours society Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Cianciulli is President and CEO of The Streaming Network Inc ("Streaming Network"), which he founded and launched in September 2006. The Streaming Network is a next-generation communications company that provides web streaming, hosting and distribution, IP video, and video email services. Prior to that, Mr. Cianciulli founded and established Enunciate Conferencing Inc. and PEOPLEsource Staffing Solutions Inc., both companies have won numerous awards and have been recognized on Profit Magazine's "Hot 50" list.
Mr. Cianciulli holds a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from York University.
Mr. Earle is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sea Change Corp., a holding company for two wholly owned subsidiaries: Interwork Technologies Inc. and iRoam Mobile Solutions Inc ("iRoam"). Interwork is a leading North American distributor of internet security and e-business software based in Ottawa; iRoam is an internet service provider specializing in roaming solutions for global Internet access and security products for mobile users.
In addition to Healthscreen's Board of Directors, Mr. Earle also serves as a Director for Borderware Technologies Inc. and B2B2C Inc.
Mr. Earle holds an honors degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
A practicing physician in St. Catharines, Dr. Bruce Rosenberg founded Healthscreen in 1992 and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Healthscreen until May 2007. Dr. Rosenberg is Chair of the Ontario EMR Vendor Working Group, Chair of the Niagara Walk-in Clinics Association, Medical Director for the Henley Rowing Corporation, as well as a member of many other medical and information technology associations.
Dr. Rosenberg received his medical degree from the University of Saskatchewan and studied emergency medicine in Michigan.
Mr. Rosenberg has been a partner at the law firm of Paliare Roland since July 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Rosenberg was a partner at Gowling, Strathy & Henderson in Toronto from 1981 to 2001. Mr. Rosenberg has been involved with Healthscreen since October of 2000 as a director of the Corporation.
Mr. Rosenberg holds a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall at York University.
Ms. Brzozowski has nearly 20 years experience in a variety of
senior management roles held in successful, high growth, private and public,
technology companies. As an advisor to Healthscreen, she offers expertise in operations,
management, and business development. Ms.
Brzozowski's management
style lends itself well to building strong teams as they position themselves
for leadership and scale for growth.
For the past three years Ms. Brzozowski has been responsible for operations in a VC-backed technology company working with management and the board of directors. Prior to that, Ms. Brzozowski was a member of the senior management team at Delrina (until the company's sale to Symantec) and then at MGI Software.
Ms. Brzozowski holds an Applied Studies Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo. She is also a member of the Development Committee for Pathways to Education (www.p2e.ca), a Toronto-based charity which assists disadvantaged youth in successfully completing high school.
Mr. Davis has over 30 years experience in the information technology industry. He is an entrepreneur who has founded and operated numerous businesses including Canada's largest reseller of hardware and services to mid-sized and large businesses; an organization that grew to in excess of $ 400 million in revenue and over 1000 employees.
Mr. Davis has
extensive experience in all areas of business including; finance, sales and
marketing, operations, technology development and the executive roles of
chairman, C.E.O. and president. Mr.
Davis is widely recognized as one of the builders of the "Value Added Reseller"
industry in Canada.
David Flaherty is a specialist in the management of privacy and information policy issues. He served a six-year, non-renewable term as the first Information and Privacy Commissioner for the Province of British Columbia (1993-99). In the fall of 1999 Flaherty served as a Special Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Industry Canada in support of Bill C-6, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
Flaherty is a member of the External Advisory Committee to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Since 2000, he has been the Chief Privacy Advisor to the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI).
Mr. Killin has over 25 years of management, executive and advisory experience achieved with several private and public companies in various industries. Mr. Killin has developed a "value-based" reputation by working with owners and shareholders to build, finance and realize upon the value of their businesses.
Mr. Killin has Diplomas in Business Management, Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance, a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and is a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Killin has served as a member of the CICA Accounting Standards Board's Task Force on Business Combinations and is currently the Chairman of Dean's Advisory Board, Ted Rogers School of Management / Ryerson University.
