Justin Belobaba, President & CEO

Mr. Belobaba gained his financial experience in the investment banking department of HSBC Securities Inc. In 2001, he founded toMarket Inc., a company that provided wireless payment terminals and administrative software to the Canadian transportation industry. In 2004, Mr. Belobaba co-founded Medical Telecom Corporation (MTC). As CEO of MTC, Mr. Belobaba led the company to 1,000% year-over-year growth in both 2005 and 2006, while developing the CallerMD product - leading the company to be recognized by Profit Magazine as Canada's Fastest Growing Company in 2007.

Mr. Belobaba is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University, with a degree in Economics, and is a member of the academic honours society Phi Beta Kappa.

Dr. Bruce Rosenberg, Privacy Officer & Vice President of Business Development

A practicing physician in St. Catharines, Dr. Bruce Rosenberg founded Healthscreen in 1992 and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Healthscreen until May 2007. Dr. Rosenberg is Chair of the Ontario EMR Vendor Working Group, Chair of the Niagara Walk-in Clinics Association, Medical Director for the Henley Rowing Corporation, as well as a member of many other medical and information technology associations.

Dr. Rosenberg received his medical degree from the University of Saskatchewan and studied emergency medicine in Michigan.

Terry Boyko, Vice President of Sales

Mr. Boyko spent the last 10 years with IKON Office Solutions. He is a proven leader, a highly competitive sales executive, and a unique and dedicated motivator, who grew from Field Sales as a perennial "National Award Winner" to most recently Director of Sales & Marketing, where he oversaw sales and marketing functions for IKON's Canadian operation.

Mr. Boyko has extensive experience selling organizational workflow, professional services,and the associated hardware requirements to businesses across Canada.

Mr. Boyko received his BA from McMaster University.

Adam Hutton, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Hutton previously worked in the Marketing & Sales Department of HSBC InvestDirect (formerly Merrill Lynch HSBC) from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, he co-founded toMarket Inc., where he played a major role in the development and deployment of its web-based credit card settlement system. In 2004, Mr. Hutton co-founded MTC, serving as its Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Hutton graduated with honours from Queen's University where he studied Economics.

Martin Ross, Vice President of Technology

Mr. Ross has over a decade of experience in information technology and software development. Prior to Healthscreen, he developed robust financial systems for Goldman Sachs (New York & Hong Kong) in their Global Derivatives Technology group. In 2004, Mr. Ross co-founded MTC as Vice President of Technology.

Mr. Ross received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.

Eugene Bomba, CFO

Prior to joining Healthscreen, Mr. Bomba gained his finance and accounting experience working in both the Audit and Financial Advisory divisions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as an associate from 2003 to 2005, and as a senior associate from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Bomba obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2006 and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Mr. Bomba graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a concentration in Management and Economics.

Cynthia Emerson, Vice President of Software

Ms. Emerson has over 17 years experience as a consultant, specializing in the development of new practices and the deployment of IT systems for patient and clinic management. Prior to joining Healthscreen, Ms. Emerson's clients also included OntarioMD, a division of the Ontario Medical Association, where she oversaw the Physician IT Funding and Transition Support Program for Eastern Ontario, Smart Systems for Health Agency working on the Primary Care Pilot Project for the ONE Network and xwave Healthcare as a Senior Systems Analyst.

Ms. Emerson studied sociology at Ottawa University and graduated from the design program at Lasalle College in Montreal.

Fatima Ramji, Director of Human Resources

Ms. Ramji has over a decade of experience in Human Resource program management, development and consultation. Prior to joining Healthscreen, Ms. Ramji spent nearly 15 years in a variety of Human Resources positions in the financial services industry with CIBC, INTRIA, Bank of Montreal and Nesbitt Burns in addition to her own consulting practice.

Ms. Ramji graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.

Amir Nayeri, Director of Corporate Development

Mr. Nayeri joined Healthscreen from Genoa Management where he provided counsel to small-cap TSX-listed clients helping them identify methods to increase trading volume, expand sell-side analyst coverage, and diversify institutional and retail holder bases. Prior to that, Mr. Nayeri was part of CIBC's Corporate Real Estate Group.

Mr. Nayeri graduated with honours from University of Western Ontario, where he earned his HBA.
