HealthAlert is a service that allows you to offer your patients an easy and effective way to manage their long-term health care needs. By providing them with timely reminders, HealthAlert makes sure that your patients know when it's time to take important tests, immunizations and screenings, which prevent illnesses and detect diseases at an early stage when the chance of successful treatment is highest.
For example, if your patient has High Blood Pressure, HealthAlert will remind them to have cholesterol and other important blood tests done. If your patient has Diabetes, HealthAlert will remind them that they require sugar and blood pressure checks at least a couple times a year.
